Lilli was the founding producer of new writing festival HighTide 2007. She has held a wide variety of freelance producing roles including credits for Slaves by Rex Obano (dir. Nadia Latif, Theatre503) January 2010, Blair on Broadway (Hen and Chickens, Arts Theatre) Oct'06 & Jan'07, Salsa Saved the Girls (for Three Bird Theatre at Old Red Lion) Oct - Nov'07, The Alice Project (dir. Fiona Morrell, with Rififi Theatre at Camden’s People’s Theatre) Jun'07 and Quicksleeve’s Pledge (with Small Change Theatre at Latitude Festival Jun'07).

Lilli was Commercial Manager for the Arcola Theatre, London from December 2007 - June 2009. Before becoming a producer, Lilli was a researcher for think tanks The Young Foundation and Demos. She studied Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University and has a Masters in Social Research from Goldsmiths’ College London.

Lilli has been a Relationship Manager for the London Theatre team at Arts Council England since June 2010.
