Lilli was Commercial Manager for the Arcola Theatre, London from December 2007 - June 2009, where she supported programming and producing as well as managing marketing and press. Before becoming a producer, Lilli was a researcher for think tanks The Young Foundation and Demos. She studied Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University and has a Masters in Social Research from Goldsmiths’ College London.
